About the Role
As a Compensation Partner at Reddit, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation philosophy and strategy. You will work closely with internal teams such as Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Equity to translate business strategy into scalable compensation programs. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a deep understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and analytics.The Compensation Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative compensation programs that align with Reddit's business strategy. This includes developing broad-based, sales, and executive/equity compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. You will also partner with stakeholders across various functions to plan, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.

What You Will Do
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leaders, HRBPs, and Talent partners
- Design innovative and competitive compensation programs that align with and support the company's business strategy
- Partner with stakeholders across various functions to plan, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs
- Develop and maintain compensation models, including job architecture, ranges, market benchmarking, and pay equity
- Analyze and interpret market trends and data to inform compensation decisions
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support comp cycles, offers, promotions, and budgeting
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including market research firms and compensation consultants
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation
What We Are Looking For
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation or closely related analytical roles, ideally in high-growth technology or similarly dynamic environments
- Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices across base pay, bonus, and equity
- Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and modeling, including advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel
- Experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support comp cycles, offers, promotions, and budgeting
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs among market alignment, internal equity, performance, and budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Pave, or Compa is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R
- Certifications in compensation, such as CCP or GRP
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
