About the Role
The Lead Consultant position at Celonis is a critical role in driving the company's mission to unlock global productivity and sustainability. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading agile project teams to accelerate customers' digital transformation and drive Celonis' international expansion. You will work closely with customers to identify strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL and complex data models.The role is part of the Celonis Services team, which focuses on the technical aspects of customers' journeys, including Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support. As a thought leader with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, you will deliver Celonis implementations and drive product adoption for customers.
What You Will Do
- Lead and drive the implementation process to deliver exceptionally high levels of service and ensure the optimal solution for customers with Celonis technology
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes to suggest approaches to overcome them
- Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
- Set the foundation for the path to value to ensure long-term customer success
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
- Relevant experience in the Public Sector vertical
- Active Security Clearance that will remain active for at least 18+ months upon hire
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and agile project management methodologies
- Certification in Process Mining or a related field
