About the Role

The Lead Consultant Public Sector role at Celonis is a pivotal position that drives digital transformation for clients across various sectors. This is achieved by leveraging the company's Process Intelligence technology, focusing on the technical aspects of client journeys, including Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support. The role is integral to Celonis Services, a strategic services organization that delivers implementations and drives product adoption for customers.

As a Lead Consultant, day-to-day responsibilities involve leading agile project teams to accelerate customers' digital transformation journeys. This includes identifying strategic priorities and guiding the project team toward developing data-driven process insights using SQL and creating complex data models. The goal is to ensure that customers receive maximum value from Celonis' software solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Lead agile project teams in digital transformation projects for public sector clients
  • Identify and prioritize strategic objectives for clients, focusing on process improvement and digitalization
  • Develop and implement data-driven process insights using SQL and data modeling techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Celonis solutions
  • Stay updated on the newest features and functionalities of Celonis software, including Process Analytics, Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning
  • Provide training and support to clients on Celonis software and best practices
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to drive product adoption and customer engagement
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service delivery and product development
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports
