About the Role
The Lead Consultant position at Celonis is a strategic role that focuses on driving digital transformation for clients across the public sector. As a key member of the Celonis Services team, you will lead agile project teams to accelerate clients' digital journeys, leveraging the power of AI, data, and intelligence. Your expertise in Excel, SQL, and data analysis will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions.The Celonis Services team is a thought leadership organization that concentrates on the technical aspects of clients' journeys. This includes Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading project teams towards developing data-driven process insights, creating complex data models, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from Celonis' technology.
What You Will Do
- Lead and drive the implementation process for clients, delivering exceptionally high levels of service
- Transform clients' data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes
- Quantify business and financial potential, presenting relevant KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for improving process inefficiencies
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success journeys
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
- Relevant experience in the Public Sector vertical
- Active Security Clearance that will remain active for at least 18+ months upon hire
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...)
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with various clients
- Dedication and vision to drive Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
Nice to Have
- Experience with Celonis software or similar process intelligence technologies
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
- Certification in data analysis or process mining tools
