What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that drive business growth across digital channels
- Analyze consumer mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform compelling creative concepts
- Collaborate with media counterparts to review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide creative direction and guidance to internal teams, ensuring high-quality creative output
- Manage launch pipelines for assigned clients, coordinating with media partners to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop clear creative briefs and manage assignments for internal teams using tools like Asana and Slack
- Review scripts, concepts, and final deliverables to ensure quality and brand alignment
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between creative, media, and client teams
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in developing high-performing direct response and social media creative strategies
- Proven track record of managing direct reports and junior team members
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Experience in creating user-generated content to enhance engagement and reach
- Digitally savvy, with a keen sense of culture and trends in the digital space
- Strong grasp of performance metrics and data analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and project management skills
