## About the Role The Lead Developer position at Sevaa Group is a critical role that entails leading a team of developers to architect, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and secure modern web experiences. This role is essential to driving the company's growth and success in the digital landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in coding tools, languages, testing, and development processes. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the Infrastructure team to implement DevOps best practices, and the Sales and Success teams to estimate the level of effort required for projects. The Lead Developer will also participate in client calls to elicit requirements and provide technical recommendations, ensuring that client web properties are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
