About the Role
As a Lead Digital Media Buyer at Bluelight Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital media strategy across Latin America. Your expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and business growth. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include planning, presenting, executing, and optimizing media strategies that align with the company's goals. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media buying, leveraging data to inform your decisions and continually improving campaign performance.
In this role, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure that media strategies are integrated into overall marketing plans.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans that meet client objectives and budgets
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimal performance and ROI
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align media strategies with overall business goals
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually improve campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven decisions
- Present campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that media plans are aligned with creative strategies
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative media solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and their respective strengths and weaknesses
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital campaigns for maximum ROI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Experience working with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and other campaign management tools
- Certification in Google Ads or other digital media platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative and account management teams
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, given the role's focus on Latin America
