About the Role
The Lead Full Stack Engineer position at N-iX represents a unique chance for a seasoned developer to lead the technical vision and delivery of a critical workflow modernization project. This includes leading the development of custom modules and plugins for Drupal, architecting and delivering production-quality Single Page Applications (SPAs) with Vue, and ensuring that all developments adhere to modern workflow best practices and security standards.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design and implementation of a Prior Approval module for a secure scientific compliance platform, focusing on integrations with existing tools and workflows.
- Develop custom Drupal modules and plugins to meet specific project requirements, utilizing entity API and REST endpoint design effectively.
- Architect and deliver production-quality SPAs with Vue and TypeScript, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
- Guide the technical direction of the project, making strategic decisions on architecture, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define testing strategies and ensure that developments meet quality and security standards.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Participate in the planning and estimation of project tasks, working closely with project managers to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Drupal, Vue, and related technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and contribute to the company's technical vision.
- Ensure compliance with modern CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like Bitbucket and Docker to streamline development and deployment processes.

What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Drupal development, including custom module/plugin development, entity API, and REST endpoint design.
- Advanced skills in Vue and TypeScript, with a proven track record of architecting and delivering production-quality SPAs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical direction, mentoring teams, and owning architecture in a delivery-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern workflow best practices and experience in delivering secure, auditable form-based processes.
- Familiarity with Drupal 10, JSON:API, and modern CI/CD pipelines, with experience in cron-based automation and containerization (Docker).
