About the Role

The Lead Generation Representative (LGR) role at ChainGPT is a critical component of the company's growth strategy, focusing on identifying and engaging high-potential Web3 projects that need token launch, fundraising, distribution, and go-to-market infrastructure. As an LGR, you will be the first point of contact for founders, token teams, ecosystems, protocols, and strategic partners, responsible for opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and handing strong leads to the Business Development team. You will work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign priorities.

What You Will Do

  • Own outbound lead generation for ChainGPT Launchpad and Saleium
  • Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects
  • Build and manage prospect lists across verticals such as token launches, launch-ready projects, ecosystems, infrastructure, DeFi, AI x crypto, and strategic partners
  • Prospect via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, etc.
  • Use enrichment, automation, and workflow tools such as Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com, and AI-assisted prospecting tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess project fit, timing, launch stage, fundraising plans, and partnership potential
  • Qualify whether a project is a better fit for ChainGPT Launchpad or Saleium
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture leads through the prospecting funnel
  • Create Telegram groups and coordinate early-stage sales conversations to support education, alignment, and deal progression
  • Hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team with strong context and clear next steps

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including token launches, fundraising infrastructure, and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with founders, token teams, and strategic partners
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms
  • Ability to use enrichment, automation, and workflow tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to qualify leads and identify high-potential projects
