What You Will Do

  • Generate leads through online platforms and job portals to identify potential new users
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the Clipboard Health platform to prospective users
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers and dental offices to understand their needs and challenges
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new users and ensure their success on the platform
  • Establish credibility and rapport with providers, including demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users who need help with onboarding and booking their first shift
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and expansion in new markets
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of our users
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our services

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with users
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
