About the Role

What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, databases, and other tools to build a robust pipeline of prospects
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company and its services, and to qualify interest from potential leads
- Send targeted emails to follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Log all activity accurately in the CRM, including calls made, emails sent, and lead status updates
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made and qualified leads passed to the sales team
- Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve the overall sales strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the company's services and target market to ensure that your outreach efforts are tailored and effective
- Analyze feedback from prospects to identify areas for improvement and optimize your approach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage content and campaigns that support lead generation efforts
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or business development outreach, with a proven track record of success
- Confidence communicating with business decision-makers by phone and email, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
