About the Role

ElevenLabs is transforming the way we interact with technology, and we're seeking a talented Lead Generation Strategy and Operations expert to join our team. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in scaling our go-to-market operations and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems that streamline sales processes, enhance decision-making, and drive revenue acceleration.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic automations and standardized processes that support cross-functional teams and promote consistency and adoption.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain E2E process management systems to support sales, data, and product teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strategic automations and dashboards to empower sales, data, and product teams
  • Develop and implement systems to streamline sales processes and enhance decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and partner teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and operations

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a lead generation or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel and data analysis
  • Experience with GTM strategy and operations, including sales process optimization and revenue acceleration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and automation tools
  • Experience with process management and improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue growth strategies
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing and computer vision
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
