About the Role
The Lead Global Marketing Campaigns Manager role at Gitlab is a defining moment for the company's Global Campaigns function. As a key member of the marketing team, you will help shape the next chapter of how global campaigns are planned, run, and measured. You will partner closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Marketing leadership to drive product-led growth and expansion revenue globally.The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving the operating model for the Global Campaigns function, including strategy, program scoping, resourcing, performance measurement, and team partnerships. You will build frameworks, playbooks, and measurement models that the broader campaigns organization will use to plan and execute at scale.

What You Will Do
- Help define the next operating model for Gitlab's Global Campaigns function
- Build frameworks, playbooks, and measurement models for the broader campaigns organization
- Own the strategic direction for Gitlab's global upsell and expansion campaign portfolio
- Partner with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leadership to shape expansion strategy
- Lead high-visibility integrated campaigns that span multiple product tiers, audiences, and geographies
- Own the analytics, experimentation, and budget strategy for expansion campaigns
- Set the bar for technical and strategic quality across the team, mentoring Senior and Lead Campaigns Managers
- Collaborate with Regional Campaigns, Localization, and international GTM leaders to ensure global campaigns are designed for regional activation
- Develop and execute campaign plans that drive product-led growth and expansion revenue globally
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on GTM, Salesforce, and Adjust
- Proven track record of driving product-led growth and expansion revenue through strategic campaign planning and execution
- Strong technical skills, including expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and campaign measurement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams
- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship and talent development
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience in the tech industry, with a focus on software development and DevSecOps
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning, with the ability to incorporate these technologies into daily workflows
- Certification in marketing automation, data analysis, or a related field
