About the Role

Correlation One is seeking a highly skilled Lead Instructor Aerospace Technician to deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction to a diverse group of learners. As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting large synchronous online lectures, preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, and collaborating with operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Your expertise in technical content, including math, verbal reasoning, and technical problem-solving, will be essential in helping learners achieve their goals.

The role of a Lead Instructor at Correlation One is multifaceted. Not only will you be responsible for delivering instruction, but you will also be expected to contribute to the overall success of the program. This may involve collaborating with other instructors, providing feedback to learners, and assisting in the development of new curriculum.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of learners, including those with varying levels of experience and knowledge
  • Deliver instruction on skills tailored to learners' needs, including math, verbal reasoning, and technical problem-solving
  • Oversee the management of class time, including Q&A and chat flow, to ensure a engaging and productive learning environment
  • Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules
  • Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement, including tracking edits, suggestions, or changes to curriculum as needed
  • Participate in regular meetings with other instructors and operations personnel to discuss program progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical content being taught, including staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Provide feedback to learners on their progress and performance, including identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for further learning

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in teaching or training, preferably in a virtual or online environment
  • Strong knowledge of technical content, including math, verbal reasoning, and technical problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with virtual classroom software and technology, including video conferencing and online learning platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, engineering, or computer science

  • Experience with curriculum development and design, including creating engaging and interactive learning materials
