About the Role
The Lead, Leaves & Accommodations will oversee leave of absence, time off, and workplace accommodation programs, primarily focusing on U.S. programs but also partnering on global initiatives.Responsibilities
- Manage the overall Leave of Absence program, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, from initial leave requests to return to work planning
- Own the end-to-end workplace accommodation process under the ADA and applicable laws
- Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure efficient and compliant employee experiences

- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in leave management and accommodations
