About the Role
The Lead Oracle HCM Functional Consultant position at Berkeley Square IT is a pivotal role focused on delivering comprehensive Core HCM solutions to clients. This involves leading the implementation of Core HCM modules, ensuring these solutions align with clients' HR processes and objectives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, advising them on best practices for HR process optimization through Oracle HCM solutions.Day-to-day, you will engage in client-facing activities, including workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and recommend tailored solutions. Your expertise in Oracle HCM will guide the configuration and deployment of Core HCM functionalities, ensuring smooth business process transformation for our clients.
As part of the team, you will collaborate with offshore teams to ensure the successful design, configuration, and testing of Oracle HCM modules, delivering projects on time and within scope. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on HR transformation, will be crucial in leveraging Core HCM to meet their HR goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead the configuration and deployment of Core HCM functionalities, aligning them with client HR processes and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and client meetings to gather business requirements and recommend best practices for optimizing HR processes.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from design, configuration, and testing to deployment and post-go-live support for Core HCM modules.
- Provide support and guidance on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or other recruitment modules.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure successful design, configuration, and testing of Oracle HCM modules.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on HR transformation.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Analyze client HR processes and identify areas for improvement through Oracle HCM solutions.
- Design and implement Core HCM solutions that meet client needs and align with their HR objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in implementing Core HCM modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong background as a functional consultant, advising clients on HR best practices and driving business process transformation through Oracle HCM solutions.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and engage with senior client stakeholders to deliver tailored Core HCM solutions.
- Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of Core HCM implementations, including leading offshore teams in testing and configuration.
- Client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
