Affirm is seeking a Lead, Process Excellence to drive operational readiness and efficiency across their global Shared Services organization.Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global strategy for process excellence, training, and knowledge management
- Lead transformation initiatives to unlock efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Elevate knowledge management and drive localization strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce and Excel
- Strong process improvement and leadership skills
