What You Will Do

• Define and implement a strategic vision for gaming products in collaboration with the Head of Product Design and the Heads of Product for Casino & Poker
• Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all platforms, including mobile and web
• Lead and support a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their professional growth
• Design captivating experiences for Poker and Casino games, incorporating gamification elements and innovative game systems
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive interfaces aligned with user expectations and product goals
• Craft micro-interactions and animations to enrich the user experience and boost immersion
• Integrate motion design elements to energize the UI and guide user actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for design decisions and ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of all product development
• Continuously improve design processes and drive innovation within the team
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and optimize product performance

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, including 3 years in a similar leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience designing mobile apps in the entertainment or mobile gaming space
• Natural leadership skills and proven success in team management
• Expertise in gamification, game mechanics, and the design of immersive experiences for games of chance
• Experience designing progression systems, reward systems, and engaging interactions
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma
• Strong skills in prototyping, design systems, and UI creation
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience working in the online gaming industry
• Knowledge of front-end development and programming languages such as JavaScript or HTML/CSS
• Certification in design or a related field
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
