About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the roadmap for data initiatives and develop reporting and analytics products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the data and insights product roadmap
  • Develop and communicate a vision for data initiatives
  • Partner with BI, Data Engineering, and business teams to capture reporting needs
  • Translate complex business requirements into user stories
  • Validate data products for quality and usability

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management focused on data or analytics
  • Proven collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data reporting, KPIs, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
