About the Role

The Lead Product Manager, US Product & Enterprise, is a senior individual contributor position that plays a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap for Deputy's US enterprise customers. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities, leading product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs, and embedding across squads as the senior US product partner.

As a key member of the product team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, CS, and Solutions, to drive the development of Deputy's US enterprise product. You will be the definitive internal voice on what the company can do today, should commit to, and belongs on the roadmap, especially for enterprise deals and renewals.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities
  • Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs
  • Embed across squads as the senior US product partner
  • Convert regulatory changes, customer feedback, competitive moves, and partner dynamics into clear product implications
  • Partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions to drive the development of Deputy's US enterprise product
  • Own product integrity for the US enterprise surface
  • Work closely with the product team to drive the development of Deputy's US enterprise product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the US market, including regulatory landscape, operator persona, payroll/scheduling/T&A realities for hourly workforces
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of broad horizontal scope across a product portfolio
  • Deep US market fluency for shift-based businesses
  • Enterprise product experience at scale, including multi-location, multi-thousand-headcount customers, complex configuration, and operational complexity
  • Strong understanding of regulatory landscape, operator persona, payroll/scheduling/T&A realities for hourly workforces
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-native technology and people-first solutions
  • Knowledge of Deputy's platform and products
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
