About the Role

The Lead Product Marketing Manager position at Klaviyo is a critical role that sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI innovation, data-driven personalization, and customer-centric storytelling. As a key member of the product marketing team, you will own and shape the go-to-market strategy for Klaviyo's AI and analytics-powered product portfolio. This includes driving product marketing for both Agentic AI experiences and AI-powered analytics products, helping define how these capabilities transform the customer experience. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, AI/ML, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Experience, to influence roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions.

The successful candidate will be deeply passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with a point of view on Agentic AI and how it can reshape SaaS experiences. You will have a proven ability to launch and scale products that resonate with business user needs in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Your excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills will enable you to influence without authority and confidently lead strategic reviews with C-level and senior executives.

What You Will Do

  • Own product marketing strategy for AI and analytics products, including Agentic AI and AI-powered personalization and insights
  • Shape how we position and communicate transformative AI experiences, translating advanced capabilities into clear, compelling customer value
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, from market insight and product positioning to enablement and execution, in a fast-moving, iterative environment
  • Partner closely with Product, AI/ML, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to influence roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions
  • Stay on top of AI and analytics industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer expectations to inform strategy and differentiation
  • Use data and analytics to inform messaging, measure impact, and continuously optimize positioning and go-to-market performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Klaviyo's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and trainings that drive revenue growth
  • Work with the customer experience team to develop customer success stories and case studies that showcase the value of our products

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally with AI, analytics, or data-driven products
  • Deep passion for AI and emerging technologies, with a point of view on Agentic AI and how it can reshape SaaS experiences
  • Proven ability to launch and scale products that resonate with business user needs in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to simplify complex technical product concepts into clear, differentiated, and customer-centric product positioning and messaging
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and confidently lead strategic reviews with C-level and senior executives
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, insights, and metrics to guide decisions and tell better stories
  • Experience with product marketing tools such as Excel, and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
