About the Role

As a Lead Product Marketing Manager at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's enterprise GTM strategy. This role is critical in driving the company's growth in the mid and large enterprise space, where Klaviyo is competing aggressively with established marketing clouds. You will work closely with the GTM leadership team to define and prioritize field selling motions, develop sales plays, and design integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and campaign development, with a strong understanding of the ecommerce industry and the ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the company's enterprise GTM strategy, in collaboration with the GTM leadership team
  • Define and prioritize field selling motions for the mid and large enterprise segment
  • Design and develop sales plays from ICP definition through field launch
  • Identify high-value displacement opportunities and develop competitive positioning and messaging
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure sales plays land in the field rather than live in a deck
  • Serve as the PMM lead on integrated marketing campaigns, contributing strategy, messaging, and assets
  • Own the strategic conception, development, and execution of campaign anchor assets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop objection handlers and sales enablement materials
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and seasonal signals to inform GTM strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce industry and the ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
  • Experience in GTM, sales enablement, and campaign development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
