About the Role
The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking an experienced Lead Product Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of Wikipedia's products and knowledge. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and independent individual to leverage their existing connections in the tech space to drive the growth of Wikimedia content reuse. The successful candidate will serve as a key representative for external partnerships, focusing on product integration and new distribution opportunities.As a Lead Product Partnerships Manager, you will be working closely with the Product and Technology department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships. Your expertise in product development, partnership building, and project management will be crucial in driving the adoption of Wikimedia attribution tools and fostering increased presence of Wikimedia content with existing reuse partners.

What You Will Do
- Identify and secure new partnerships with technology platform partners to advance the Product and Technology department's strategic goals
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define and execute on a portfolio of non-commercial value exchange partnerships
- Assist in designing and securing pilots with high-priority Wikimedia content reusers to drive attribution visibility
- Coordinate across teams and departments to build and maintain an up-to-date partner and opportunity pipeline
- Manage partnership processes and artifacts, including drafting LOI/MOUs and CRM management
- Create and refine pitch decks to effectively communicate the value of Wikimedia partnerships
- Attend relevant conferences, events, and gatherings to represent the needs of the organization and share industry intelligence on product and technology trends
- Monitor technology news to identify new launches that may impact Wikimedia's goals or provide new partnership opportunities
- Develop strong product and technical fluency to align the Product and Technology product roadmap for high-scale reusers
- Ensure alignment on data formats, reliability SLAs, and repeatable 'Partner Kits' for seamless integrations

- Strong product and technical fluency, with the ability to align product roadmaps and ensure technical integrations

- Experience with CRM management and pipeline development
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, including current trends and developments

- Experience with pitch deck creation and presentation, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Familiarity with Adjust and Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and partnership management
