About the Role

As a Lead Project Manager, CRO Programs at Gitlab, you will play a key role in helping the Revenue organization turn executive priorities into shipped outcomes. You will sit within the Office of the CRO, coordinating multiple CRO-level initiatives end-to-end and keeping senior leaders aligned across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Track owners, dependencies, and decisions to bring clarity to complex work
  • Surface risks early and drive follow-through without adding process overhead
  • Report to the Chief of Staff to the CRO
