About the Role
The Lead Protection & Control Engineer will work on T&D substations for AC, HVDC, and FACTS projects, collaborating with designers, peer engineers, and leaders to define and design protection and control systems.Responsibilities
- Define, design, and coordinate technical aspects of HV/EHV substation protection and control
- Oversee technical plant integration and optimization at the project level, considering safety, quality, schedule, and cost criteria
- Continuously update knowledge of new technologies and maintain a mindset of continuous learning
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and customer responsiveness
- Ability to work with some autonomy, guided by established policies or review of end results
