About the Role

The Wikimedia Foundation, the nonprofit behind Wikipedia, is expanding its team with a Lead Recurring Giving Specialist. This role focuses on growing the recurring giving program, driving retention, and contributing to sustainer acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the recurring giving program to expand the sustainer base, improve donor retention, and drive long-term value.
  • Develop upgrade and cross-sell strategies based on donor lifetime value, giving history, and engagement behavior.
  • Contribute to sustainer acquisition strategies and oversee self-management donation tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in fundraising, preferably in recurring giving programs.
  • Strong data analysis and creative problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Adjust and Excel.
