What You Will Do
- Promote GE Vernova's energy storage and automation solutions to customers in the datacenter and industrial sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise to support the sales process, including responding to customer inquiries and developing technical proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and promote GE Vernova's energy solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the energy industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Communicate complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product development teams
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close sales deals, including developing and executing sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development and marketing teams, to develop and promote new products and services
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial, engineering, or technical sales function
- Strong technical expertise in energy storage and automation solutions, including a deep understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of these solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel, including the ability to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and reports
