About the Role
The Lead SAP Workflow Developer role is a key position at PradeepIT, responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining SAP Cloud Workflow solutions to automate business processes. This role is critical in driving digital transformation for PradeepIT's clients, which include Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups. The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team and will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design workflow solutions. As a Lead SAP Workflow Developer, you will be responsible for participating in Agile/Scrum development methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. You will also collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of workflow solutions. Your expertise in SAP workflow development will be instrumental in driving business process automation and improvement. - Develop, customize, and maintain SAP Cloud Workflow solutions to automate business processes
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design workflow solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow solutions and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes and practices
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to workflow solutions
- Work with stakeholders to identify business process automation opportunities
- Design and implement workflow solutions using SAP Business Application Studio and workflow process modeling
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of workflow solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on workflow solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Cloud Workflow, particularly approval process workflow
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Working experience within Agile/Scrum development teams
- Working experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Development experience using SAP Business Application Studio and workflow process modeling
- Knowledge of SAP UI5 development, Node.js development, and the Business Rules Framework
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter
- B2+ English level
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SAP workflow development and implementation
Nice to Have
- Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori
- Knowledge of cloud-based workflow solutions, such as AWS or Azure
- Certification in SAP workflow development or a related field
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker
