Job Description

About the Role

The Lead Security Analyst will play a critical role in securing the company's Microsoft environment, including Azure, Entra ID, and IAM. This involves working on broader topics such as incident response, tooling improvements, and DDOS investigations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise security and experience with security tooling and detection engineering.

As a key member of the team, the Lead Security Analyst will help shape security from the ground up, defining how access is managed and working closely with the Workspace Management (WSM) team. This role requires a strong expertise in Microsoft security, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do

  • Secure the company's Microsoft environment, including Azure, Entra ID, and IAM
  • Design and improve the security of the Azure tenant, Entra ID, and identity and access setup
  • Track and handle escalated alerts and incidents
  • Drive continuous improvement and partner with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain compliance with frameworks like ISO27001 and NIS2
  • Work closely with the Workspace Management (WSM) team to define access management
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Conduct vulnerability management and leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence security architecture
  • Participate in incident response and DDOS investigations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience securing enterprise environments
  • Deep Microsoft security expertise
  • SOC/Blue Team experience
  • Security tooling and detection engineering experience
  • Vulnerability management leadership experience
  • Security architecture and stakeholder influence experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud security platforms
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIS2
  • Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
  • Certification in security-related fields, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
