What You Will Do
- Develop and implement complex technology solutions for customers in the Financial Services sector, using your expertise in Salesforce to drive innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account Executives, Solution Engineering peers, Product Management, and Product Marketing, to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of customers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to navigate the technical waters of the Financial Services industry and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of customers, using your expertise in Salesforce to drive business growth and customer success.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that drive business growth and customer success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Financial Services sector, including new technologies, trends, and regulations.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of customers.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
- Expertise in Salesforce, including Salesforce Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, HeadlessCRM, Hyperforce, Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, and Slack.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with data management and analytics, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of business operations, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and machine learning, including natural language processing, predictive analytics, and computer vision.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
