About the Role

The Lead, Strategy & Operations role at Bjak is a unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion into the US market. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Founder to develop and execute strategic plans, build and manage high-performing teams, and navigate the complexities of digital project management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, ranging from market research and analysis to team leadership and stakeholder management.

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for shaping the company's US expansion strategy, identifying key markets and opportunities, and developing plans to drive growth and revenue. You will also be responsible for building and managing a team of talented professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for US market entry and expansion
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key opportunities and challenges
  • Build and manage a team of talented professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Work closely with the Founder and other stakeholders to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial plans
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing plans to ensure business continuity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive growth and innovation
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue

What We Are Looking For

  • Background in consulting, VC, or high-performance operating roles
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving growth and revenue
