About the Role
The Lead Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will play a critical role in developing and delivering standardization and enhancements to recruiting processes at GE Vernova. As a member of the Vernova Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise and elevate the stakeholder experience. This role will require collaboration with stakeholders across the Americas region and provide support to other regions as needed.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management. You will be empowered to challenge the status quo, serve as a decision-maker, and innovate to create and own the implementation of new processes and improvements.
The talent acquisition operations team is responsible for driving the adoption of standard work, optimizing recruiting processes, and ensuring data integrity. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's recruitment delivery and stakeholder experience.
What You Will Do
- Apply systems thinking to drive adoption of TA standard work and optimization of recruiting processes and tools
- Serve as an Americas regional expert on TA enterprise standards and contribute to building future refinements
- Partner with service delivery teams and stakeholders to contemporize the hiring experience
- Lead large-scale, complex, global initiatives and projects to evolve Talent Acquisition capabilities
- Leverage influencing skills and active listening to drive change and adoption
- Identify and implement opportunities to gain efficiencies, improve stakeholder experience, and elevate TA data hygiene
- Help shape strategy to standardize and streamline vital TA infrastructure elements
- Create and maintain enterprise-wide TA standard work instructions applying lean methodologies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on select recruiting tools and technologies
- Partner with internal HR technology teams and external technology suppliers to create learning plans
- Contribute to the creation and support delivery of stakeholder training content
- Collaborate with Indirect Sourcing, TA Technology, and other internal stakeholders to identify and onboard new suppliers
- Manage existing relationships with key suppliers and drive supplier accountability and compliance
- Build strong partnerships across the Americas region with Legal and Compliance teams
- Conduct data validation on various global TA CoE metrics to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide in-depth analysis and meaningful insights
- Ensure country-specific and local compliance across the Americas
- Foster a culture of teamwork, belonging, and growth
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management
- Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, including Excel
- Ability to lead large-scale, complex projects and drive change and adoption
- Strong influencing and active listening skills
- Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with stakeholders across regions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and maintain standard work instructions and apply lean methodologies
- Experience with supplier management and compliance
- Strong communication and partnership-building skills
