Job Description

## About the Role As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at GE Vernova, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, strategic recruitment support across the entire hiring process. This role is a critical component of the company's talent acquisition strategy, focusing on partnering with designated client groups to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of open positions and ensuring that recruitment goals are met with high-quality candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise in proactive sourcing techniques, advanced screening skills, and complex recruitment process management.

The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, including market trends, talent acquisition best practices, and the latest recruitment tools and technologies. You will be expected to advise both hiring managers and senior leaders on market trends, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition best practices, and to track and optimize key performance metrics for effectiveness and continuous process improvement.

## What You Will Do - Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates - Screen candidates for technical expertise, cultural fit, leadership potential, and provide strategic input on candidate selection - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters on advanced sourcing and screening techniques - Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate's motivation - Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience - Be a brand ambassador by sharing content on social media and promoting GE Vernova's talent brand - Build GE Vernova's presence in targeted channels to create candidate engagement strategies and build key pipelines for hard-to-fill roles - Advise and lead on the end-to-end recruitment process for roles of varying complexity, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers and people leaders - Lead complex offer negotiations with candidates and provide guidance to stakeholders on compensation benchmarks - Manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in ATS with the highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience - Considerable years of experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders - Demonstrated years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries, or other highly regulated, technical industries - Demonstrated years of experience recruiting niched roles for the Quebec province - Fluent French speaker - Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies - Experience with TA tools such as Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, or other talent insights tools - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and influence change

## Nice to Have - Experience with Tableau or other data analysis tools - Experience with AI bots (e.g., ChatGPT) or other innovative recruitment technologies - Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching junior recruiters - In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks
