About the Role
The Lead Talent Partner role at Chainlink Labs is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on recruiting with people leadership. As a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, Security, and Research leaders, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's hiring strategy and elevating hiring quality. You will be responsible for managing a small team of Talent Partners, supporting their growth, performance, and delivery.Chainlink Labs is a globally distributed Web3 environment, and this role will require you to operate in a high-ambiguity setting where talent density is a competitive advantage. Exceptional hiring decisions will directly impact product velocity and ecosystem growth. Your team will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent, and you will be expected to set a high bar for recruiting excellence.

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners, supporting their growth, performance, and delivery
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy, role calibration, and execution across multiple teams
- Own full-cycle recruiting for critical, high-impact technical roles while supporting your team on their most strategic searches
- Set a high bar for recruiting excellence through coaching, structured hiring practices, and consistent hiring quality
- Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodologies
- Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies and market insights
- Act as a market expert, advising leaders on talent trends, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning
- Drive complex offer negotiations and closing strategies for senior and hard-to-close candidates
- Partner closely with Talent leadership on capacity planning, hiring prioritization, and operational improvements
- Contribute to employer branding and storytelling in the Web3 ecosystem
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive, high-bar environments
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters and building high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Interest in or exposure to Web3, crypto, or deeply technical domains
- Located in EST, CT, or MST time zones
- Ability to work in a global, remote-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
