The Lead Technical Underwriter Property role at Covéa Insurance is a critical position that will play a key part in shaping the company's commercial underwriting approach. What You Will Do
- Develop technical strategy, underwriting guidelines, and frameworks for the property portfolio
- Work closely with the underwriting community to provide underwriting and technical guidance
- Contribute to the research and agreement of pricing, underwriting criteria, and changes to Covéa's products
- Focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all aspects of your work
- Participate in training and mentoring underwriters to enhance their technical underwriting skills
- Support and deputise for senior colleagues and management as required
- Analyze complex property risks and guide underwriting strategy to influence portfolio performance
