## About the Role As a Learning Advisor at ELVTR, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding ambitious professionals towards the right educational programs to enhance their career prospects. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting sales consultations with pre-qualified leads, understanding their goals, and helping them choose the most suitable program. ## What You Will Do - Conduct sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads to understand their career goals and aspirations.

  • Guide prospective students to the most appropriate educational programs based on their needs and interests.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze data and provide insights that inform your sales strategy and student interactions.
  • Close high-ticket program enrollments through consultative selling, focusing on the value proposition of ELVTR's offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams to ensure alignment and to share customer insights that can improve programs and sales processes.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of the online education sector.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions students may have about the programs or the enrollment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
## What We Are Looking For - Proven success in sales, preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales environments.
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with students and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities, with a consultative approach to sales.
