Job Description

About the Role

The Learning & Development Coordinator will support the Global Learning & Development team in implementing strategies and initiatives. This role will oversee coordination efforts for learning program initiatives, including training logistics, vendor management, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing learning programs to meet global team needs
  • Manage vendor contracting, relationships, and payment processes
  • Oversee the learning registration process
  • Support the development of training metrics and data reporting
  • Facilitate training sessions as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a corporate training environment, preferably as a Training Coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training evaluation systems
  • Project management experience and the ability to leverage technology for process improvement
