About the Role

The Learning & Organisational Development Consultant role at Rentokil Initial is a newly established position designed to support the company's growth across the Pacific. As part of a highly experienced and dynamic team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and delivering leadership development programs, facilitating workshops, and coordinating initiatives to enhance organisational performance. As a key member of the Learning and Organisational Development team, the consultant will work closely with the L&OD Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that drive business outcomes. This will involve developing content, facilitating sessions, and providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organisation.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and co-facilitate workshops on leadership development across RI Academy, focusing on programs such as Emerging Leaders and Middle Manager Programs
  • Ensure the coordination of all programs, including communications, follow-ups, and post-session support
  • Work closely with the L&OD Manager to support a range of initiatives, including Performance Reviews, YVC Cultural Survey, Succession Planning, and projects
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company's online learning platform (U+), providing guidance and recommendations to employees
  • Collaborate with the existing L&OD team and contribute to various projects as needed
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions, leveraging AI and other technologies to enhance organisational development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners
  • Facilitate sessions and provide coaching to employees to enhance their leadership and soft skills
  • Analyse data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Organisational Development, Human Resources, or Education
