About the Role
The Learning Solution Architect role at SweetRush is a key position within the Client Solutions team, responsible for designing and proposing learning solutions that meet the needs of clients. This involves leading scoping meetings, developing solutions, and presenting proposals to clients. The successful candidate will be a talented professional with a passion for instructional design, emerging technologies, and client-centric approach.As a Learning Solution Architect, you will be working closely with clients to understand their training challenges and developing effective solutions that align with SweetRush's unique value proposition. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

What You Will Do
- Apply instructional design expertise to develop solutions for clients' training challenges
- Lead scoping meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose effective solutions
- Develop comprehensive proposals that align with SweetRush's unique value proposition
- Present solutions to clients and foster discussions to build trust
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define solutions and estimate work effort
- Co-design solutions with instructional design, creative design, and engineering experts
- Write comprehensive proposals and lead capabilities presentations
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and craft compelling responses
- Consult on resource assignments based on project and client needs
- Onboard project managers and ensure smooth project transitions
What We Are Looking For
- Instructional design expertise and experience in developing learning solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Experience with Excel and other productivity tools
