About the Role
The Legal Advisor role at Fortray Global Service Limited is a critical position that oversees and manages all legal matters for the company. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UK and Pakistan law, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and providing expert advice to internal teams. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm BST, with a one-hour break.The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of UK and Pakistan law, as well as excellent communication and drafting skills. The ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and provide legal support to Customer Care and HR departments is essential.
In this role, the Legal Advisor will be expected to stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and advise management on potential risks or required policy updates. What You Will Do
- Handle and resolve customer-related legal matters as per UK law
- Review, apply, and implement Employment Laws applicable in both UK and Pakistan
- Manage and advise on all legal matters concerning the company, including contracts, policies, disputes, and regulatory requirements
- Provide legal support to Customer Care and HR departments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and advise management on potential risks or required policy updates
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Conduct research and analysis on legal matters, providing expert advice to internal teams
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
- Strong knowledge of UK law and Pakistan law (must)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles
- Experience handling employment law, contract law, and customer-related legal matters
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a global company or with international clients
- Knowledge of IT recruitment, workforce transformation, and digital enablement
- Certification in a relevant field, such as data protection or employment law
- Experience with contract management software or other legal tools
