What You Will Do

• Generate prompts that challenge AI systems to ensure their logic and assumptions are sound.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, analyzing them against established legal standards and principles.
• Improve AI reasoning by aligning it with accepted standards and first principles, ensuring that the AI outputs are not only legally compliant but also logically sound.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi-step problem-solving capabilities of AI systems.
• Collaborate with other specialists to refine AI systems, ensuring they meet the high standards required by tech companies.
• Participate in the development of new evaluation methodologies to keep pace with the rapid evolution of AI technologies.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive reports detailing the performance of AI systems and recommendations for improvement.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest developments in AI, law, and technology.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the legal framework relevant to AI applications.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in law (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, FLLM) within the US context.
• At least 2+ years of legal practice experience within the US jurisdiction, demonstrating a strong understanding of US law.
• Strong written English skills (C1/C2 level), necessary for clear and effective communication.
• A stable internet connection, as all work is conducted remotely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex issues.

• Experience with AI or machine learning technologies, though not required, can be a significant plus.
