## About the Role The Legal Advisor role at Mindrift involves working on project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies. ## What You Will Do - Generate prompts that challenge AI systems and evaluate their responses - Assess AI-generated solutions for correctness, assumptions, and logic - Improve AI reasoning to align with first principles and accepted standards - Apply structured scoring criteria to evaluate multi-step problem-solving - Collaborate with Mindrift's clients to understand their AI goals and objectives - Develop and refine AI training data to enhance system performance - Participate in project meetings and discussions to share insights and expertise - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and US law - Contribute to the development of best practices for AI training and evaluation - Provide feedback on AI system performance and suggest areas for improvement
## What We Are Looking For - Degree in law (Bachelor, J.D., LLM, FLLM) within the US context - 2+ years of legal practice experience within US jurisdiction - Strong written English (C1/C2) and excellent communication skills - Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely - Experience with AI systems or machine learning (optional but preferred) - Familiarity with project management tools and software - Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to new projects and tasks with varying requirements
## Nice to Have - Experience with data annotation or AI training data development - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies - Certification in AI or machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
