The Legal Counsel AI Trainer role at 10x Team represents a unique opportunity for experienced legal professionals to contribute to the development of next-generation AI models. As a freelance member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered legal systems. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between legal theory and practical application, ensuring that AI models are equipped to handle the complexities of real-world legal scenarios.In this capacity, you will work closely with leading AI labs to refine AI-generated outputs related to legal analysis, contract drafting, compliance, and other critical aspects of legal counsel work. Your insights will be instrumental in identifying gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated legal content, allowing the development team to create more sophisticated and effective models.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to legal analysis, drafting contracts, compliance, and practical aspects of legal counsel work
- Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
- Draft realistic legal scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives, such as legal counsel, client, regulator, or opposing counsel
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated legal content
- Provide structured, critical feedback to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI models
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate your insights into the AI system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and legal technology
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the legal landscape and its implications for AI models
What We Are Looking For
- Senior-level legal counsel with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experience in advising on, preparing, and executing legal documents and transactions
- Skill in evaluating document processes, legal requirements, and compliance
- Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback
- Comfort with remote work and digital communication tools
- Availability for 8-20 hours per week, with prompt availability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
