About the Role
Join the Legal team at Cohere Health as a Legal Project & Operations Manager. You will spearhead contract operations and drive legal technology initiatives to support the organization’s goals.Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Ironclad CLM platform.
- Maintain the integrity of the contract database and ensure precise data governance.
- Design efficient processes for vendor and commercial agreements.
- Develop training materials and self-service resources to streamline workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements across operations.
- Build performance metrics and dashboards for Legal leadership.
- Oversee knowledge management resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project and operations management within a legal setting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and legal technology platforms.
