About the Role

What You Will Do
- Author tasks to test AI on interpreting legal language and following multi-step instructions.
- Evaluate AI outputs for precision and reasoning against legal documents like contracts and briefs.
- Develop objective evaluation rubrics for AI performance in the legal domain.
- Ensure task alignment with real-world legal scenarios through web search and code execution.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine task design and improve model outputs.

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate & commercial law, Litigation & dispute resolution, Intellectual property, Regulatory & compliance, or Employment & labor law.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and evaluate tasks that test AI capabilities in legal contexts.
- Experience with AI or machine learning is a plus but not required.
