- Provide high-quality mental health services to patients via telehealth and in-person consultations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, using evidence-based practices and clinical expertise
- Provide counseling and therapy to individuals, groups, and families, addressing a range of mental health challenges
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in telemedicine and digital healthcare, attending training sessions and workshops as required
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Stay current with professional licensure and certifications, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in peer review and case consultation, to ensure best practices and continuous learning
What We Are Looking For
- Fully licensed and credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in one or more US states
- Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations, in a clinical or therapeutic setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with expertise in telemedicine and digital healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
