What You Will Do
- Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other communication channels
- Uncover customer needs and identify coverage gaps to recommend tailored solutions from Allstate's diverse product suite
- Utilize a proven consultative sales strategy to convert warm leads into customers
- Work from home to drive sales growth while delivering a customer-first experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products, services, and industry developments
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence (preferred)
- Ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate's support (if unlicensed)
- Sales Representatives are required to obtain and maintain all required resident and non-resident Producer licenses necessary to sell insurance products in any state designated by Allstate
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (Ethernet) and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends, with a strong ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for performance
- Receptive to feedback and performance coaching, with a competitive and self-motivated mindset

- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
