About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and manage cases effectively
  • Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment
  • Choose the type of therapy you want to provide, including group therapy, long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy, or working with couples
  • Utilize administrative support for all non-clinical tasks
  • Participate in clinical rounds, supervision, and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the growth and development of the organization
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health care
