About the Role

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working directly with patients, conducting assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will have the autonomy to choose the type of therapy you want to provide, whether it's group therapy, long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy, or working with couples. What You Will Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and manage cases effectively
• Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment
• Choose the type of therapy you want to provide, including group therapy, long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy, or working with couples
• Utilize administrative support for all non-clinical tasks
• Participate in clinical rounds, supervision, and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
• Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the growth and development of the organization
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health care

What We Are Looking For

• A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for providing high-quality mental health care services

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to develop personalized plans for patients
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Excel and other software applications

• Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including individuals, couples, and families

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a similar role or setting, with a focus on providing mental health care services to diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and experience providing virtual care
• Certification in a specialized area of practice, such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse treatment
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients who speak multiple languages
