As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Brave Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, families, and groups. What You Will Do

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients through the telehealth program
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient notes and treatment plans
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss patient care and overall program development
• Stay current with the latest developments in the field of mental health, including new technologies and best practices
• Develop and implement strategies to engage patients and promote treatment adherence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and referrals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and program effectiveness

What We Are Looking For

• Master's level degree in Social Work or a related field
• Licensure as a Master Social Worker in the state where you reside
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, without requiring employer sponsorship
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health, preferably in a clinical or counseling setting
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish or other languages a plus
• Comfort with technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and electronic health records
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including individuals, families, and groups
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with patients in their preferred language
• Experience working in a telehealth or virtual care setting
• Knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment, including evidence-based practices and emerging trends
• Certification in a specialized area of practice, such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy
