Licensed Mental Health Clinician for ADHD - Diagnosis and Ongoing Therapy Treatm

About the Role

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve conducting diagnosis appointments, providing ongoing therapy sessions, and developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. You will work collaboratively with our team of mental health professionals to ensure that patients receive seamless, high-quality care, and you will have the autonomy to focus 100% on clinical work, without the burden of administrative tasks.

What You Will Do

• Conduct diagnosis appointments, focusing primarily on ADHD
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to patients, using evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
• Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, following legal and ethical standards
• Utilize Receptive's telehealth platform to manage your caseload and communicate with patients and colleagues
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and clinical guidelines
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and maintain a private and professional environment for conducting sessions
• Utilize excellent written communication skills to communicate with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• Fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD or similar credentials)
• Experience in diagnosing and treating adult ADHD, with a strong understanding of clinical guidelines and best practices
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions, with a reliable internet connection
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a strong desire to stay current with best practices and clinical guidelines
