What You Will Do
- Conduct diagnosis appointments, focusing primarily on ADHD
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions to patients, using evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
- Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, following legal and ethical standards
- Utilize Receptive's telehealth platform to manage your caseload and communicate with patients and colleagues
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and clinical guidelines
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain a private and professional environment for conducting sessions
- Utilize excellent written communication skills to communicate with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- Fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD or similar credentials)
- Experience in diagnosing and treating adult ADHD, with a strong understanding of clinical guidelines and best practices
- A private and professional environment for conducting sessions, with a reliable internet connection
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
